What data is collected
When opening a GG account, the information you provide may include your name, address, email address, phone number, date of birth, National Insurance number, bank account and other ﬁnancial details, copies of personal identiﬁcation documents (such as your passport or driving licence) and photographs or other descriptions of your likeness. You may also provide GG with certain information by ﬁlling in other forms or by corresponding with GG by phone, email, or text message.
When you visit GG’s website or use the mobile app GG may collect or receive your IP address, URL, browser information, plug-in types, operating system and platform as well as your login information. GG works closely with third parties (for example: business partners, technical, payment and delivery service providers, advertising networks, tracking and analytics providers (including Google), search information providers or lead generation agencies) and may receive information about you from them, such as your usage of the website and mobile app.

By law GG must keep basic customer information (including Contact, Identity, Financial and Transaction Data). GG’s policy is to keep data seven years after the customer ceases to be a client.

You have the right to access the data that GG holds on you and request a portable version of this data.
You have the right to have inaccurate personal data rectified, or incomplete data completed respectively.

GG is committed to ensuring that your data is retained securely. To prevent unauthorised access to or disclosure of your data, GG has put in place physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect.
